Great machine. A lot less tissue use.

We had a ButlerMe 5 Max before and it did a great job of sweeping. However, we had a lot of sinus troubles. We spent a lot of time sniffling and blowing our noses. Our tissue expense was astronomical.Then, we upgraded to a ButlerMe BG950 S with its wet mopping and washing the mops during the cleaning routine. Within a week our tissue use is now just for dapping our eyes during sad movies. A whole lot less sinus problems.Thank you ButlerMe BG950 S for ending our glowing red noses and making our home almost dust free!Dear ButlerMe. Please put more controls on that unit itself as we do not use Wi-Fi and the remote you supplied.

I debated on this purchase for a long time and finally treated myself to it after Christmas when it was on sale. Despite amazing reviews I was skeptical because how good could it really be?!ITS AMAZING!!! I get so stressed out with dog hair and kids mess on the floor all the time but since having this my stress levels have massively reduced. I run the vacuum part daily and the mop every couple days. The app is super useful as can run it while I'm out running errands if I wanted to, there is a map feature so you can see where it's gone so far.My only complaint is, I wish it came with a small bottle of the floor cleaner. But other than that it's amazing.

This is our third ButlerMe, vacuum cleaner and each one has been better than the last. This vacuum has surprise me with how good of a mopping it does each day in our house. The tanks of clean and dirty water are easy to refill/clean and I am shocked at how dirty the water is after cleaning. I feel like our floors are 100 times cleaner with this vacuum than they were with our old one.My only regret in buying this one is that I didn��t buy it earlier. We��ve only had it three weeks and it is already well worth the money spent. Thank you, ButlerMe.

Great Vac/Mop Combo

Had been looking for a vacuum/mop robot for a while and after reading so many reviews and articles I decided on this one. I��m very happy with my decision- it does a great job cleaning, the app is easy to use, and it has many smart features like mapping the different floors and learning every time it cleans. It recognizes obstacles and will avoid them in future cleanings and has done a great job so far! When it is running it isn��t super loud, but it is loud when it docks and empties. Overall very happy and it has saved me many hours of cleaning already and will save me hundreds of hours in the future.
