Terms & Conditions for Shipping:

1. All Shipping times are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location & the courier company. Once dispatched we do not hold any responsibility for the shipping time. If delays occur then contact the courier company directly. 

2. We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company (including express shipping) and we will not offer discounts or refunds. 

3. Once the item is dispatched you will receive the tracking information and a link via email. 

4. You are responsible to enter the right address. If you fail to do so and the parcel was already dispatched we can not offer you a refund and you're charged for the full amount. 

5. If the item is returned to sender at the customers fault a flat rate of $15 is applied to reship your parcel. 

6. All orders have standard free shipping unless otherwise noted.

7. If a parcel is lost by the courier company we will reship your order for no extra charge.

8. If a parcel is lost contact us at support@butlerme.com.au as soon as you find out. Also contact the couriers company and explain that your parcel is missing. Most parcels are not actually lost and turn up again. Once determined that the parcel is lost we will reship a new product for free within 48 hours. 

9. All Express Shipping orders are dispatched within 24 hours. The delivery time frame stated at checkout starts after the initial 24 hours until dispatch.

10. All Standard Shipping are dispatched within 48 business hours. 

11. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged: Take a photo of the outer box, shipping label, the box the item arrived in and send it via email to our customer service. We will reship a new item for free.  

12. Our normal shipping times are 1 - 6 days depending on your location. Generally deliveries to major cities is always quick (1 - 4 Days) while delivery times to rural areas can take a little bit longer (4 - 6 Days). We can't be held responsible for any delays, thank you for your understanding.
